ChallengeAt CHIO Aachen, visitor flows converge at entrances, grandstands, catering areas and along routes throughout the venue. In densely populated areas, safety-related announcements must be clearly understood without being drowned out by audience and event noise. In the event of temporary closures, delays to the schedule or safety-related incidents, rapid, area-specific guidance is crucial. At the same time, public mobile network coverage is not a reliable basis for mission-critical communication when visitor numbers are high.
combines announcements, alerting, visitor information and control in a single, network-independent platform. When visitor numbers are high, announcements can be triggered via ![NIKOS [dispatcher]²](https://nikos.info/assets/logos/nikos/SVG/NIKOS dispatcher.svg)

This avoids the need for separate loudspeaker, control and communication solutions and reduces the number of staff routes, operating stations and security posts, as recurring tasks are centrally controlled and monitored or carried out by .
